Your Next Beach Getaway!

Escape to this stunning, newly renovated 2-bedroom townhome located in the luxurious Ocean Edge Resort, nestled on a picturesque golf course. With an array of incredible amenities at your fingertips, this serene retreat is the perfect destination for your Cape Cod vacation. Conveniently, a 3 minute walk to the Fletcher complex that includes a gym, an indoor pool + hot tub, an outdoor pool + hot tub, pickleball and tennis courts! 10 minute walk to the Arbor Pool that offers poolside food and drinks! 5 minute drive to the Ocean Edge Mansion beach with a bar and restaurants! Only a 20 minute drive to Nauset Beach on the Atlantic Ocean!

The Space:

- A queen bed in the primary bedroom,
- Two twin XL beds in the second bedroom,
- A cozy pull-out queen sofa in the living room for additional guests.

Each bedroom has a desk, one is adjustable to standing. Each room in the home has a split AC unit, perfect for the hot summer days.

The home features 1.5 fully stocked bathrooms with marble counter tops and shower (complete with soap, towels, and a hair dryer), with one conveniently situated near the washer and dryer. Step out back to your private oasis with seating for 8, where you’ll find views of the forest, a fire pit for cozy evenings, and a grill perfect for summer BBQs.

The kitchen is brand-new and equipped with stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and everything you need for your stay, including cookware, utensils, and dishware. It’s fully functional and ready for anything from quick meals to full dinners.

Ocean Edge offers exclusive amenities for guests to enjoy:

This Condo in lovely Ocean Edge is wonderful; it's elegantly decorated, and very comfortable with a quiet backyard. Additionally the owner has been thoughtful in stocking it with everything from a wide selection of books and games to whatever you might need regarding kitchenware and towels and linens. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with.
