However, there were 4 of us, we took it upon ourselves to straighten the sheets every day, but the maids did not straighten what we had done or change the linen the entire time we were there. We were there 4 nights, not sure if this is new Hilton policy on water conservation but for $425 a night it was expected. They only emptied trash cans & left fresh towels. Then had a tip QR code by the bed. The view is nice. Breakfast is ok however with the amount……

“The lazy river and pool area was our favorite part. The music and bar staff were awesome! The property had an elevator that was down often, and the pool had many broken tiles. We had a great time.”

“There was some kind of bug carcass in my room. Thought it was a freaking frog at first. I had to call my son back into the room to check it out. The outlets next to the bed (on the nightstands) were loose and/or broken which made them unusable. Glad I only stayed 1 night. Won’t be back.”

“The traffic at the peak check in horrible They literally decided to direct me into the parking garage for me to fend for myself getting all my luggage in myself as opposed to driving to the check in area for assistance with my luggage; not something I would expect of a resort.it was hot, garage full meaning I would have to Park at an upper level without the assistance of a luggage rack; they need more help and a better system; makes me think twice on whether I will go back to the Hilton; the……
