Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. “Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty……

"This is our second year staying in VoulezVous and the service continues to be top-notched and exceeded our expectation (again!). All the staff (including the accommodation and the excellent ski room/shop) were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The free shuttle makes travelling in the area and our airport transfer bus stops stress free (not to mentioned picking us up from Val Claret after a long-day of skiing a great privilege). We discovered more of Tignes and got an excellent recommendation for the restaurant Le Panoramic at the Grand Motte a memorable experience too!"
