"My daughter and I stayed her for parents weekend at Long Lake Camp. It was clean, mattresses were comfortable and it was close to a grocery store and a Stewart’s. We felt safe, which says a lot when traveling alone with a child. We will stay again."

"Overall it was a good stay for the price. Should include in the description though, it is under renovation. Beds were not great and need updating as well. Otherwise a good stay. Host was friendly and helpful."

"It was a lovely cottage. One surprise to us was that the lake was farther away from the cottage than we thought etc. It was a walk getting down to it with many uneven steps. Probably not great for older people and small children. Also its very wooded so you only see little bit if the lake from the deck. The cottage could use some more hooks or railings for towels etc. The kids enjoyed the dock, paddleboards and kayaks."

"OK, look, it's not new. Nothing there is pristine, like at the Hilton I stayed at in the week before I stayed at the Ashley. However, my room was clean, the towels were plentiful, the bed was comfortable. There is a welcoming, neighborly feel about the whole property. I would definately book another stay. Indeed, I probably will do so soon."
