“Well positioned,clean modern and tidy. Only thing it needs is a mat in the shower,tiles are very slippery”

“We could not enter the property with the code. Eventually the cleaning lady let us in and we left our bags there whilst she finished her job. We returned later and still could not enter with the code. The owners did not respond to the messaging. Finally we got in as other guests were leaving the building. The apartment was clean and the a/c was on. Then the owners messaged us that we could not stay there! We replied that we wanted to stay there. They said there was a maintenance issue. Not that……

“Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight.”

“Very disappointing experience. The surrounding area was dirty, with garbage on the streets, numerous stray cats, and people smoking right outside the property. My partner and I did not feel safe walking around, especially at night, so we checked out the next morning and booked another place. I raised these concerns with the owner, but instead of acknowledging them, they dismissed everything and insisted on photos. I later provided photos of the dirty streets to Expedia, yet the owner still……

“We arrived early and we're greeted by friendly staff. We stored our baggage in the office and came back later to check in. Our room was spacious and clean. This is an old building so it's not flash by any extent but it is clean, convieniant to Casco Viejo and quiet. Perfect for our 1 night stop in Panama City”

“The company did not respond to emails, phone calls,etc. They sent me the code to get in a few hours before I got off my cruise ship. By this time I booked a new hotel.They would not give me a refund. In retrospect I'm glad I rebooked even though I lost the money because the place is in a dangerous neighborhood and we would not have been able to walk around with day and night.”
