"Hotel itself was fine. Floors in our room were a little gritty to the point where I noticed dirt accumulating in the corners and I needed to clean my feet off before putting my socks on. My biggest complaint was after paying $250 for one night, we were billed another $14 for “amenities” at check out. What amenities??? We were here a grand total of 15 hours and there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in our room??! "

"My.toliet did not work, flushing was difficult. I had maid service knocking on my door at 8am. This hotel listed breakfast but because of booking 3rd party, i was i formed i had to pay for breakfast. To have a fridge that was listed as an amenity, it was an additional cost. Our conference roo.s were very hot, many roomes rith no heat. The bathrooms provded for the event i was attending had a major leak and floors were wet for the entirety of the conference. "

"I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay. While the property is beautiful and the staff was excellent, I wanted to bring a few concerns to your attention. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. It felt as though the cleaning was focused more on initial presentation rather than thoroughness. Additionally, the pool area was disappointing; there was debris floating in the water, which appeared unsanitary and discouraged us from swimming. On a positive note, we did enjoy the breakfast. I hope this feedback is helpful for your maintenance and cleaning teams."

"Hot tub had a strange film floating on top of the water and had chunks of hair in it. Linens were threadbare and cheap. Bathroom was very small. They charge $35.00 for early checkin even though the room was ready and we were 45 minutes early after traveling several hours. I’ve never been charged for early checkin at any hotel establishments. The location is convenient but I’d rather stay somewhere else further away just for a better experience. Breakfast was good and bed was comfortable. That’s all I can say positive. Won’t stay here again."
