「Host is wonderful to deal with, she is quick to respond to my questions or concerns. Pictures of loft was accurate. Kitchen has plenty of pots and pans. Lots of pillows on the beds upstairs and downstairs. I loved the washer and dryer, very clean. This is our second loft we have rented from Gloria, we have enjoyed both times. St Charles is an awesome town. Lofts are downtown close to everything!! Host is Fantastic to work with.」

「Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim.
First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you!
Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,...

「I cannot say enough good things about the location of this cottage. St. Charles became one of my favorite places this weekend. The street this is on could only be improved if it were on the ocean. If you are a foodie you have to try Shay's Creole Smokehouse. I could eat it everyday.The cottage is small but has all the necessities you need, there was a wedding across the street Saturday evening during our stay and I thought it would keep us up all night but the rooms being on the backside prevent...
