Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. The house was clean and had what we needed. It was a nice location and easy walk to the beach/main street.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First impression was property needed general maintenance and gardens required tidy up. Pine bark scattered over paths and front verandah around entrance, cobwebs around building.Back garden overgrown, grass/lawns not mowed for long time. Clothes line on side fence unable to be used and falling down. Inside house had been cleaned, however there were numerous light bulbs that weren’t working and needed replacing. Dead blowflies in window tracks.
