「It is really not convenient to carry luggage to the building because there are many stairs down to the building. Therefore, if you are not young and strong, it’s better not to consider staying here. 」

「It is the sixth time we came to this property. We have been for 16 nights in July/August 2025. This is Swiss Hospitality at its best. As always, we say thank you so very much to the owners for their wonderful hospitality. Everything is as described on the internet site. 「We enjoyed our stay in Lauterbrunnen. While the town itself was very busy the central location of Lauterbrunnen allowed us to quickly escape the hustle and bustle and explore the surrounding mountains. The home had everything we needed. For us as international travellers it would have been helpful to have some instructions on the laundry machines and oven, as the symbols were different. All in all a wonderful stay. 」

「Das gemütliche Ferienhaus mit Chemine, das direkt am Wanderweg liegt, hat uns sehr gefallen. Für Wanderer oder Mountainbiker ist es ein genialer Ferienort. Die absolut ruhige Lage in Anzuno haben wir sehr geniessen können. Dass man das Auto einige Meter vor dem Haus parkieren mussten, fanden wir nicht als störend. Die Vermieter sind ausserordentlich freundlich , hilfsbereit und haben uns gute Anfangsinformationen vermittelt. Der Markt samstags in Domodossola ist absolut genial.」

「Cannot give anything else other than 5 stars purely for the location. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds although the doubles were 2 camp beds pushed together. Nice cabin feel but could do with being updated. TV was too small but the view outside made up for this. WiFi was good with no dropping out at all. Bathrooms were dated but the water was hot and the showers were very powerful, Towels were not adequate for a weeks stay, one medium bath towel and one hand towel per person, we...

「Apartment was clean and as advertised. Communication was good. Location was perfect for us- on the edge of town where it was quiet. Easy walk to the train station, bus stop or center of town. Would definitely stay here agin.」

「Check in was easy, they worked with us on our late arrival. There are plenty of beds and showers, enough kitchen equipment to make meals. Picturesque setting, beautiful scenery. It was one of our favorite places! There are a few steps to get to and from location, so be mindful if walking is difficult for you. But it was an ideal spot for our big family.」

「The house had the best views possible. The deck and open living room were where my family wanted to spend mornings having coffee and evenings having a drink. Once you understand the train schedule (they basically run every hour) it’s convenient to all the hotspots you want to visit. We had 5 people and it was very comfortable for all of us.」

"Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time."

"The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient. Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome."

"Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room. Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive. Breakfast selection is very limited compared to other hotels of similar grade. Tiny elevator due to the building being old. Overall, the service could be better for the price of this hotel. "
