“It was difficult to get needed toiletries and such from house keeping. Took hours or even a day to get clean towels, etc. Beach chair and umbrella rentals did not lower rental cost if purchasing a chair later in the day. We did not accommodate in that matter.”

“The rooms with a garden view are really nice. They have made the outside of the property really beautiful, and you don't have any road noise. Nice spot on the canal. Plenty of seating areas and a nice pool with shade for families.”

“It would have been nice to use the pool however there were people smoking dope and drinking in the pool area along with playing their boomboxes super loud. There was one guy who had a house arrest bracelet on who was sitting in the shallow end of the pool smoking dog with one leg in and house arrest leg out.”

“The rooms were fine, but it didn't have amenities like a regular hotel. For instance, no ice machines or a desk that was staffed 24/7.”

“Really cute place, clean, beautiful renovation, good location, owner was easy to communicate with. The bed was really comfortable. My only negative was that in the king pond view room the AC blows right on the bed. I had a hard time sleeping but my husband was ok. We only stayed one night so I dealt with it but if we were there longer I might've asked to change rooms if the AC was different in another room. But overall I would book again on another trip to Sanibel. ”

“The room was clean and had everything that I needed. The tv is too small it needs to be a 65'. The door to the other unit that is not in use needs taken out as the noises from the othe unit is like they are in the same roon with you. The lighting on the side of the building could be better, but all in all it was ok and I would return again. ”
