“We loved our stay at the Fenton Flats. Apartment was super cute with ample room. The building and grounds were well maintained and very clean. Great location too. Just minutes from Lake Fenton/Fenton and across the street from a great restaurant. Property owners were super easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend Fenton Flats!!!!”

“As described. Large open plan studio, modern, clean, nice furniture. Great shower. I didn’t use any of the kitchenette facilities (there was a note to say only use one device at a time). Checkin was easy. AC/Heating was good. Would recommend / stay again. As it’s an open plan room there a little noise from the fridge and lights from electrics appliances - easy to deal with. Ditto on the AC fan noise (easy to change). Very nice neighbourhood with nice houses. Easy to walk to downtown. ”

“Pleasant stay in historic Depot town, the apartment was right in the middle of the historic district, easy walk to several restaurants including a brew pub restaurant right downstairs! Easy drive into downtown Ann Arbor if you prefer more nightlife. Our stay was quiet, beds were comfy and communication with the owners was easy and responsive. ”
