Situated in a peaceful area with local shops and a pub close by. There is a good bus connections to Brighton which drops off outside the property. Off street parking for 4 cars and has a charge point for electric vehicles.
The large garden includes a BBQ and different areas for socialising and relaxing. No bills but for the eco oriented, there is over 9kW of solar (no gas).
I really like the feeling of space and tranquillity of the place and the log burner makes it feel really cosy in the colder months.
