“It was a lovely courtyard for the pets, and very nice for them too. but the location was hardly "Prime", unless you like having to drive everywhere. Nearest cafe was about 800m away, and you have to walk up a massive hill. Expedia says the owner would email me the check-in instructions - I had to chase them, and all I got was a screenshot, no email. There were about 40 flies inside when I got there, as if they had been breeding while locked in. Some rotten foods as well, and the air fryer hadn't……

“Really nice property, and yes the restaurants and shops are really just a short walk around the corner. Also just a km walk from the Hawthorn city cat terminal which was a bonus”

“Tina was our hostess upon arrival. Exceptionally bubbly and helpful. The young lady we had upon checkout was equally as lovely. Very large, clean, comfortable room. Location is pretty good. Probably wouldn't consider it as "Southbank" as Google would suggest. But still walking distance to most things.”

“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”
