Property looks neglected...
Definitely not a 4 star hotel
This was my 2nd stay at the hotel. I was given a much better room this round with a fantastic view of the city- especially at night. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and the ladies that cleaned the room did a good job. I choose this hotel because of it's proximity to where I needed to be. My only issue were the carpets- which needed a good steam clean or replacing. But overall i enjoyed my stay and it's a decent little hotel.
This place is not safe at all, Someone at mid night entered into my room and stolen my personal items including the cards, and property manager find him on CCTV footage but i I haven’t got any help from him, at the end i suffered a lot, it’s all about the security system, which is not safe.
Not the best but for me it was fine. It was easy to find and on a main road. Room was large and reasonably clean but the carpets we're bit grubby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was ok as I needed something close to the hospital but really no shops or food places around, although to China Town it was just a 20min walk. If you Google- there are places to eat within walking distance. It clearly isn't 4 star but it served my purpose. Overall it was ok for a short stay and it wasn't pricey - I give it 6.8/10
Good clean rooms and no noise from road or other rooms. Some of the fixtures and furniture were a little tired but it was very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful

The bath/shower was filthy. Bath was black with scum and mould. Rooms were clean, sheets fresh but carpet was stained. Sorry, won’t be going back again.
The room was a nice size and comfy beds with good force on the shower. But.. one yellowing on the pillowcase, yellow stains on a towel, curtain hooks missing so curtains sagging hanging down, bath discoloured and cracks and dirty, hair ball in the corner, all needs rennovating and painting and repairing. Very disappointing.

I am absolutely appalled at the service at the Best Western Gregory Terrace. I arrived and my booking had been cancelled. I had no where else to stay and they could not accommodate me as they were fully booked. The manager was rude and I will never be going back there again.
Excellent staff. Polite and helpful. Convenient location with free parking. Beautiful view and lovely room, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!!! Very clean. Price so reasonable, I couldn’t believe it as I would have paid double for a place of that standard. I never leave reviews but I was so impressed. Will definitely stay there again.
Best Western is visually appealing, clean and well-situated, with lovely city views. The staff at reception are friendly, polite and helpful. Our stay was peaceful and trouble-free. The room we had was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. We feel we received excellent value for the low price of our overnight experience.
Had great city view from my room which was spacious.

I’ve stayed here a few times. I’ll stay again when I need too as well. Rooms are comfortable and staff are friendly. Unfortunately the water pressure is terrible but the hot water is a lovely temperature which made up for the terrible pressure. The rooms could do with a bit more attention to detail when being cleaned. Walls are not the cleanest, but it’s something that can be addressed easily. The carpets need a good deep clean/shampoo or maybe even new carpet would be better as they are worn out and let’s the room down. You get what you pay for, but the above mentioned ... don’t let that put you off of booking here. I’ll definitely be back. Apart from those few things, it’s comfortable, convenient, staff are friendly, and it’s affordable.
