Cockroaches & Crickrts

High step in & out of shower.Steps into toilet, tripping hazard on last step to toilet.Too many crawlers!!!

definition of a cottage

Side street quiet. Train line behind building. Aircraft path overhead. Comfortable enough. Not a place for elderly with 30cm drop from shower to floor. 5 concrete steps to toilet with a piece of concrete carved out at the top to allow the doors to close. This area has no inner walls and has exposed plumbing, sullage lines and electricity cabling. The toilet seat is faulty, and the flat has cockroaches. We could clearly hear people upstairs (Double storey) walking over their floor, our ceiling at 6 am. Look, the place was comfortable enough with a great bed and other amenities, kitchen, shower, heating, cooling. Probably overpriced, but it won't suit older people with leg, hip or age issues. We left the place as we found it.

Great location, comfortable bed

Fantastic location, close to train and bus for easy trip to the city.Bed was comfortable. Kitchen supplies made it easy for us to have our own food. Can hear the train but wasn't an issue. Listing did not state residents live above. Also said dishwasher but there was no dishwasher.
