Unsuitable apartment
1. Foul odour from depris build-up in shower and bathroom-floor drains. Contacted host who arranged rectification. 2. Kitchen rangehood and filters had to be cleaned by Wayne, my husband, along with a number of pots and pans, which had not been cleaned properly. 3. Cobwebs and spiders in bedroom corners. 4. Bed, living-room sofa and ding-chair worn out and uncomfortable. 5. Luggage racks not provided. 6. Lint filter in washing-machine clogged badly. Appeared not to have ever been emptied. 7. We had to park in the narrow street, whereas we were provided with undercover/off-road parking in Paddington, Toowoomba, Twin Waters, Maroochydore STAYZ properties.

Hi Jennifer, You are the first guest that we have not recommended to other hosts on this platform. Whilst we tried to please your demands (handyman attending immediately, extra towels...we even provided a complimentary bottle of wine), you never replied with any response...let alone a simple thanks. Your demands of having towels, bed linen changed + cleaners daily was outrageous...but again, you never responded...perhaps a hotel would be a better choice in future. We have only had 5* reviews from every other guest on multiple platforms.

A great unit
We found the unit to be very comfortable, well equiped, in a quiet neighbourhood and with a good grocery store and coffee shop within an easy walk. We recommend it to anyone looking for short term accommodation in the Taringa area.

Excellent accommodation
We had 7.nights here while visiting friends who lived nearby. It was all the description promised and very comfortable. The location was quiet and had a very good cafe and organic shop just a short walk down the road with beautiful coffee. It was only about a 5 minute drive to a large Westfield shopping centre which. provided all our needs. If we return to Brisbane we would book it again without hesitation.
