“Séjour de 3 nuits dans un très joli appartement très bien agencé et décoré avec goût.Accueil très sympathique lors de notre arrivée et bonnes adresses pour repas et marchés.Très belle vue sur la Loire et proche de nombreux villages à visiter.Saumur est une ville très agréable.Petit nota : il faudrait préciser que l'escalier d'accès à l'appartement est très pentu .... difficile suivant l'âge du locataire. Mais franchement ça vaut le coût de grimper et d'être au calme.Merci pour cette prestation ”

“Nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire par Aliona qui nous a même aidé avec nos bagages ! L’appartement est situé dans un cadre très agréable, dans une cour ombragée et agrémentée de fauteuils. Appartement naturellement climatisé qui nous a bien aidé à supporter la chaleur que nous avons eu. Aliona et Benoit ont tout fait pour que nous y sentions bien, mission accomplie je dois dire !! “Our family of four stayed at one of the La Concierge apartments in July 2025. It was great. Very clean, well appointed, quiet, near shopping and restaurants. Espresso maker was wonderful. Bedrooms and bathroom facilities were nicely sized and comfortable. Check in was facilitated with Google translate and our daughter who is studying French in Angers. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. ”

Piscine idéale pour se détendre et se rafraîchir : transat, parasol ou repos au frais sous les arbres.. tout est possible. Le studio est agréablement décoré et bien équipé pour un court séjour.
