"Hotel very well located within the centre of Bristol but in a fairly quiet small pedestrian street. Quite a maze to get to your room depending on which you get. The room and bathroom is clean and a good standard 4 star hotel experience. Bed could be bigger as they’re only UK king. Breakfast is not good, the buffet and sitting area is too small for the number of rooms and the hot options are not good either. Scrambled eggs were rubber like, and the rest isn’t great either. I would skip breakfast and get it somewhere locally instead."

"Clean room good size if you are travelling with luggage . Good bathroom all spotless and well looked after Great breakfast with lots of choice and even hot sauce The tiny negative was that the room was hot even in Oct and the aircon wasn’t strong enough to cool it down"

"Great location for theatre, eating out and museums. The hotel staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was really well equipped, clean and comfortable. The restaurant is not large and there was a wait for breakfast, however great choice and quality."
