This review is rated low cause the cost of the room did not reflect the quality of the room/property. The property appeared to be attempting to remodel or renovate the rooms however the care or quality of the remodel is apparent from the curb. The day we were there was so many piles of debris and mattress we literally stepped over a piles of construction debris and trash to get in our door. We were told please disregard the mess we havent had time to clean it up. The inside of the room was mostly free of construction debris and the beds were clean. The actual remodel was unfinished and messy. Newly tiled bathroom and tub installation was poorly done and the walls appeared to have a fresh coat of paint however none of the wholes in the walls were repaired. Low quality soap and shampoo were offers and the room did not have towels available. We had to return to the desk to request towels and were told we could have two. This hotel was not ready for occupancy. Not a pleasant experience. We decided to leave after one night and was told we could bit get a refund for the remaining nights in our reservation.
