Great location if you are happy to take a walk to harbour but bus number 17 stops right outside if not. Property a great size and well equipped.

The property is well situated but it is a long walk into Brixham with a steep hill to negotiate on the return journey and would probably take at least 30 mins There were some minor issues which I addressed with the Owner and he has agreed to deal with them. The bedrooms and Living accommodation are all spacious with excellent parking to the front and secure parking at the rear of the property. It would probably not be the place for you if you did not have a car although there is a regular bus service into town from almost outside the front door Would I stay here again ? Yes I would

The cottage is lovely and warm and cosy.

The cottage is lovely and warm and cosy. Interior is very dated but that gives the cottage its charm. Easy parking and lovely walk (via footpath opposite) to the Berry Head Hotel to watch the sunset. Seaview from garden. Would stay again.
