Shortly arrival we noticed that the fridge wasn’t working but luckily Desmond from maintenance just happened to be in the building visiting another apartment at the time and came to check and got it working for us, he was very helpful and friendly we also received a follow up email from Your Apartment team that evening to check that...

「I messaged this property as instructed and called several times to receive the access code necessary to enter the premises however I did not receive any response and was therefore left to book a last-minute hotel at great cost to myself. The property itself did not inspire confidence, as it looked like the outside of someone’s house with no signage to indicate it was reputable establishment to stay in. Great location for exploring the main sights of London by public transport, we mainly did the 15-20 minute walk to Kennington tube. Got to most places in central London easily within 50 minutes. Great option for secure parking. 「Everything was amazing. It is a bright, sunny, clean and comfortable flat. The location a block from Brixton market and only a couple blocks from the tube and busses makes it so convenient. The host was very communicative and helpful. Can’t say enough good things.」

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
