“The only good things about this hotel are the location. It is located in the centre of Brno. The staff at the front desk is quite helpful. However, the hotel's maintenance and housekeeping services are awful. Many things are out of order or in poor condition, including the air conditioner, the room lights, no hot water, and a broken arm on the armchair. The window cannot be opened, and the room is very dimly lit. The breakfast is just okay; very little food to choose from. It is not worth the……

“New hotel, so overall well kept and clean. Breakfast was good and included. Only thing to note, there is no elevator, and if you are unlucky like us and placed on the 5th floor, you will need to climb a lot of stairs! No AC either, only one fan, so at times was stuffy in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful.”

“Loved the quirky quaint charactet of the hotel which still had comfortable clean rooms. Would definitely stay again. Helpful staff, especially Agata and Martina. Worst part is RECEPTION IS ONLY OPEN UNTIL 7:00 pm. Must check in remotely otherwise. We arrived at 7:30 and were caught unawares. We almost most gave up and went somewhere else. Once we figured it out, it still took several calls to the hotel, reception problems, etc to finally get the code, and get it to work! Fun little……

“This is a very conveniently-situated hotel within an easy walk to the centre of old Brno and many nice, local restaurants. The car parking was secure and easy to find so it made it an ideal choice of us on a driving holiday of the Czech Republic. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We appreciate the slippers and robes as well as a very comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel room was very quiet, despite being on a main road and having a lot of guests while we were staying.……
