「Very clean, feels at home.Stylish interior design. Host provides good communication, clear instructions. ThGreat view from windows, great area for a morning or afternoon walk.The only problem- lots of steps to go into a property. Not easy for older person to manage. Was not aware while booking. Otherwise it is highly recommended & would stay there again!」

「The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. 」

「Fantastic property, we had everything we needed, host even supplied drinking water, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, shampoo, soap everything you could need, very big space, it was Warm and the host was very informative and friendly, only down side for me was the shower, as i am 6"2 and 18 stone it was quite small, my wife loved it though so you cant please everyone, we would visit again for sure.」

「Ideal for 2 people. Beach and pier closeby. Lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Park up in William St with a permit that Oliver can arrange so that there's no need to worry about navigating the one way streets of Herne Bay to get to the various venues. Morrissons and Aldi are virtually on your door step.」

「Property was spacious, clean with fantastic sea views. The property is in a peaceful location whilst having the advantage of being walking distance to Margate. We stayed for one night for a concert in Margate so we didn’t really use the kitchen but it was fully equipped and would be great for longer stays and holidays. We hope we can return again one day soon. 」

"The hotel has recently been refurbished but still has the ‘old’ side which you can select the room for stay if you are interested in this historic experience. Those rooms will be available for cheaper prices as well. I chose to stay at the ‘newer’ side for my accommodation this time as they are usually more comfortable for a good night sleep. I was correct and the room looks amazing and spacious too! What a wonderful refurbishment with great designs. Staff were also very helpful and friendly with the hospitality service. Their breakfast or dining area seems lovely although I took it outside instead as there’s so much to do and eat outside the hotel as well. I would loved to stay here once again if I come round for a visit once again. "
