This cosy cottage is situated in the centre of historic Broadstairs and is just a 1 minute walk from the beach and all the local amenities. 

Enjoy the local cafe's and restaurants or take a stroll along the cliff-top promenade. With the option of bustling Viking Bay or the peaceful solace of Stone Bay, all within walking distance.

The cottage is on a quiet street and provides off street parking for 1 vehicle.

As well as all the home comforts, the cottage provides a lovely courtyard, where you can relax in your own space, BBQ, or enjoy a well earned glass of wine.

Very well finished property with ample parking in a fantastic location. The courtyard back garden especially was a great place to eat breakfast. Will definitely be a property I’d recommend to close friends
