Wholesome family visit

Great house in a good location - only a 5 minute walk to the sea and pubs that we loved. It was very clean and everything was easy to find. It was well stocked - we were there for Christmas and there were enough baking trays, plates, glasses etc. The sitting room was a little cosy for 5 adults but there is a second tv room upstairs which we also used. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Michaelmas cottage and Keepers Cottages.

Pleasant house in great location

A comfortable house with every thing we needed for our stay. There is no off-road parking but we had no problem parking 3 minutes away on Eastern Esplanade. The location is great with 2 beaches and a good selection of restaurants and pubs within a 5 minute walk while the road is very quiet.

Comfortable and accessible

We enjoyed how close this place was to the centre of town, especially with two of our party who have mobility challenges at the moment. We found the internal finish to be a good standard, though a few guests before us had left their mark on the melamine dining table. The sitting room was a touch smaller than we’d imagined from photos, but the upstairs snug room was a welcome addition to offset that.
