“a farmhouse, you can feel the humidity of the stone wall room, a bit too dark inside the room, but general acceptable beautiful environment, you can enjoy a very good countryside view (inc the corfe castle ruins), if you dont want to drive to the town to have lunch or dinner, you can enjoy the local meal at the farmhouse restaurant”

“We booked two rooms while walking the coast path. Neither room had a working shower. Both produced boiling hot water that would burn.All we were offered was the use of another shower in an outside building. We declined. Tired building and the Manager uninterested in offering any support or refund. He just told us the rooms were due to be updated! My advice..Go somewhere else. ”

“It is very very close to the railway station. The room is small but very clean and tidy. There is no lift and you will need to take your luggage upstairs. It is also close to the beach. A very nice and enjoyable stay.”

“The guest house was well-located and very clean. We had Room 5 which was on the second floor with a sea view - the only downside was that it was quite noisy until late at night with traffic/music. We'd probably opt for a rear-facing room next time, which over-looked the harbour. The room had everything we needed, although a fan would have been useful as it was very hot when we stayed. Breakfast was good quality and tasty, but the only option seemed to be a cooked breakfast - no cereals, fruit……

“Room was lovely . However there was lumps of hair on the carpet where it had not been hoovered . no toilet brush in the room . Black bits on the bed . milk splashes on the wall socket and on the little drew the tea was in . VERY hot in the room and hotel . Lovely coffee from the coffee shop . Bath room lovely and clean nice soap and shower gel . Plenty of towels . Lovely helpful staff . Breakfast was ok . Lift dirty . no beach view we had a brick wall for a view . Hotel setting was beautiful……
