「We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. Everything was spotless and beautifully presented, and the heating was already on when we arrived which made it feel instantly welcoming. The host communicated brilliantly throughout and made everything very easy. The cottage had every amenity you could need, with thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, biscuits, milk, and even board games. The location was perfect as well, right next to the pub. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!」

「We booked babbling Brooke for a family break 4 adults and 2 children.Henry greeted us in arrival and was so helpful and lovely. He showed us round and explained how to use the hot tub. We were also left a little welcome pack of goodies. The barn it's self is outstanding, beautifully decorated and furnished. The woodfire hottub is lovely. 「Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.」

"The hotel located near the childern hospital and within 10-15mins walking distance of the city centre. Room price was fair and clean. However, there were limited amenities available in the premise. One thing really bugged me was that the staff working there ( both reception and F&B) did not have unified uniform. Some female staff, as I recalled, were even having their long hair flowing down to the waist without being tight up while touching food items, utensils and serving us breakfast. I am not sure how the managements see HACCP standard in this particular Holiday Inn, but it was a definite NO ! This really puts me off in going there again even though the reception staff were genuinely friendly during my stay! "
