“Lovely lodges, well maintained and nice hot tub
Only disadvantage is not being able to keep the car at the lodge as my friend has poor mobility. We had been promised the lodge closest to the restaurant building, but we weren't put in there unfortunately”

“Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City.
Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too.
Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay.
Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful.
As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet.”

“Very relaxing overnight stay at The Malvern - Fionnula on the check in desk was so lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and my partner and I felt very looked after.
The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of toiletries provided.
The spa itself is amazing with lots of different types of hot rooms and jacuzzi to relax in.
I would definitely stay at The Malvern again!
Thanks so much all.”

“Lovely old building with lots of history , well situated in the heart of Ledbury so close to shops , restaurants , pubs etc .
Staff were very friendly and helpful .
We had an evening meal which was enjoyable and service was excellent.
Great choice for breakfast and once again the service was good and efficient.
The room was adequate , bed was comfortable and linen clean . It was quirky as befitting a 500 year old property with sloping floors .
Bathroom was small as was the shower but that’s to……
