「Mit unseren Aufenthalt in Krakau und besonders in diesem Hotel waren wir sehr zufrieden. Schon gleich am Anfang hat uns der Rezeptionist gleich ohne Aufforderung ein sehr schönes und vor allem ruhiges Zimmer im 1 Stock angeboten. Auch mit dem Parkplatz waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ein interne Mitarbeiter ist extra mit uns raus aus dem Hotel gegangen um uns den genauen Standort des Parkplatzes zu zeigen. Auf unseren Wunsch wurde der Parklplatz während unseren Aufenthaltes extra für uns...

「The door to the hotel is so unassuming that i thought i had come to the wrong place when arriving there. Hotel is new and very clean. Our room was a bit unusual as it only had a very little window on the wall, but it did have two skyline windows so we did have a lot of light in the room. I chose standard room since it said to have more room than superior room which i thought was odd, but the room was very nice and clean. not very spacious, but enough to move around. Cleaning came every day even...

「Wonderful hotel 11/10!! The room was extremely clean, staff were very nice, breakfast was delicious, and the view of the square was amazing! I was worried about potential noise from the square at night, but there are actually two sets of windows so it is pretty quiet!! The room itself had so many little touches that made our stay super comfortable - wine on ice, free soda and juice, robes, slippers. We stayed in a junior suite and recommend it, worth every penny :)」

「Excelente hotel es un hotel situado en una casona y que modificaron con muy buen gusto el cuarto era grande ya que tenía dos habitaciones y dos baños. Pero sobre todo el personal fue muy amable y servicial. Se encuentra ubicado a dos cuadras de la plaza principal llena de vida y variadas opciones para comer.」
