「Check in was fast, the receptionist was polite and efficient. I'm assuming the restaurant is concessioned out, so am not taking points off of that. They would not give us a desert to go.」

「Fabulous location at a reasonable price. I stayed multiple days and all of my needs were met. The cleaning crew worked with me to find a time that worked for both of us. The front desk messaged me and followed up to see how everything was, and there was always someone at the desk ready to help. I loved being able to step out the front door to such an active area with things to see in all directions.」

「The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. 「I travel for business to NYC and I'd never stayed in the Bronx. My usual areas were either full or overpriced so I took a shot at a good looking listing. I was impressed with not only my accommodations, but the building amenities were also top notch. Excellent gym! I wish there was more in the immediate area, but because of the road interchanges, it was difficult to walk many places. Perhaps if I had met a local or had more time to explore I could have found some good local spots for food or...
