“I travel for business to NYC and I'd never stayed in the Bronx. My usual areas were either full or overpriced so I took a shot at a good looking listing. I was impressed with not only my accommodations, but the building amenities were also top notch. Excellent gym! I wish there was more in the immediate area, but because of the road interchanges, it was difficult to walk many places. Perhaps if I had met a local or had more time to explore I could have found some good local spots for food or……

“The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. A.so, why does a representative not ,ive at or near the property? If you need more towels or theres other concerns, how do you handle that? Finally, ……

“The property was exceedingly clean, and mostly convenient to our sightseeing needs. It's about a 15 minute walk to the PATH, which connects to the NYC subway system. The neighborhood isn't terrible, though there are some folks who decide they need to be loud every night right outside the building, until about midnight. So sleeping is sometimes an iffy proposition. The property manager is very attentive and if you have questions they will be answered immediately. A nice main street is about 10……
