It comes equipped with only the necessities, but it was a comfortable homebase for the week and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood on the point is walkable but you have to drive to find a good swimming spot. ”

“Stayed a couple of nights in order to enjoy the Wolfeboro Christmas parade and tree lighting as well as the Nutcracker at Kingswood Performing Arts Center. Apartment is cozy and within walking distance of downtown area for entertainment, shopping and restaurants. ”

“Two elderly women (79 & 86) going to church meeting on Saturday from 8:30 to 4:00 didn’t want to travel from home—two hours—in the morning plus loading up car! I had three crockpots, two huge stockpots, 18 containers of frozen soup ingredients, plus paperwork and posters, personal items, and a cart to transport from car to house, house to car, and car to church. My mistake—I didn’t ask about stairs—it was really tough for us to carry cart up and down the stairs. There was no mention of stairs……
