"This properly is located in a great area that’s accessible to a lot of tourist destinations. We were able to walk to most places we travelled and the location had a bus stop nearby as well. There’s a gas station right across the street and we were able to walk around to find the cutest cafes and restaurants nearby. Overall it’s a great place to be if you’re adventurous and want to tour the city all day long. "

"This was an excellent unit in a great part of Montreal. I would give five stars, but there were some maintenance issues. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The shower could be turned on but a knob was missing. There was a mop bucket in a closet that had a mild odor. And there was no laundry detergent. These issues weren't major but a more conscientious maintenance would have produced a five star review. "

"This was a wonderful place, perfect for my fiance and I! It is SO close to a metro line but you would have no idea externally (cute, quiet clean neighborhood) but it is SO convenient!! We were able to walk around the nearby astreets for bars, restaurants, coffee/bagels/cafes but also hop on the train to head to Old Montreal and the hockey game. Place was cute, clean and comfortable. Will definitely want to stay here again for our next visit!"

"Communication with and support from our host was excellent. Directions to the apartment were accurate and appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. We enjoyed our rendezvous with our family in this spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. It was a great location for 4 adults and 2 children with a park across the street, a short walk to the Metro and a variety of shops and restaurants, and close to the Biodome/Planetarium. "Chose this hotel because it was close to the MTELUS concert hall. I stayed from April 23-24 to attend a show by The Black Crowes. Even though I often travel to Montreal to attend concerts, I didn't know this hotel at all and I was reallt pleasantly surprised. Clean room, loved having a fridge with a ''kitchen area'' (didn't use the microwave), nice bed, big nice room in good condition The nightly rate was also really affordable. I would stay at Le Faubourg again! Negative points: didn't find the AC/heating controls in the room, so the place felt a bit hot, bathroom showed a tiny bit of wear and tear, but was pretty clean, sketchy characters hanging out close the place. It was a bit creepy coming back from the show late at night by myself but no one bothered me. "
