“Family friendly place to stay”

“It is okay hotel in this price range, I wish pool was cleaner.”

“Wonderful , friendly staff. Easy check in/ out! Comfy beds and rooms..a bit smaller than usual hotel rooms. I was able to open windows for fresh air! Live microwave and fridge!”

“Enjoyed the activities to Titletown. Live music, food and activities.”

“The room was clean and the service was very accommodating. No issues, no complaints. Would recommend a visit if you are wanting a place close to everything. There is even a restaurant connected to it that had good food. Would visit again!”

“The hallway and room had a weird smell. It’s great that it had a refrigerator and small kitchen facilities, but there would be no way to cook anything since there are no utensils or cooking equipment. Someone would have to bring in all the equipment they need. If there was equipment to rent, that would be helpful to have a notification in the room. It looks like the bathroom counter was probably just redone, however, there were numbered stickers on it. I can say that the breakfast was a great……

“Clean room. Coffee and tea in the room and at the breakfast area. Starbucks coffee. Breakfast was varied each day. I’m Great bar. Exceptional happy hour and excellent wait staff. On site restaurant was also very good. Highly recommended”

“If stayed here a few days before. Including the same room I currently had book. The first day, I noticed the toilet was low flow. Also realized the room phone didn’t make calls out this time without the phone being on speaker. Me being the consumer I am I let it alone without raising a concern. The second day, the microwave overheats and the sink backed up. Which I unclogged myself. After staying up till 1 am while they pretended to fix repairs. They gave me only 10% back for the issue they……

“Love the shampoo, tv that comes out of the armoire, comfy beds and room size. Would love coffee creamer!”

“- noise from stomping feet from above the room level three can be heard loud. - shower is fixed and water stream is weak. Not able to wash body completely. Recommend shower handle with hose! Need to upgrade the shower spout. - Breakfast area is weird. Has to order food at the counter window like a drive thru. Need breakfast- restaurant area improvement. Check in counter serves also the cashier counter? This is poor service.”

“We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Both were nice sized and maintained. The free breakfast was what you would except and there was something for everyone. The room itself was a bit rundown and plain, but clean and served its purpose. For the money, this was a good option. Friendly and helpful staff!”
