“Unfortunately our stay from Thurs to Monday was overall disappointing.
Our room had several problems: hair dryer didn't work, bathroom door was misaligned so difficult to open/close, drain in tub/shower was clogged, electrical outlets on bedside didn't work.
The hot tub water was visibly dirty with particles looking like skin, pool water very cloudy.
Only positive was employee let me use her own personal hairdryer on the weekend....”

“When I pulled away the covers to go to bed I found some nasty used wrap bandage in my bed, which makes me wonder if my bedding was cleaned. I told the front desk the next day. I guess I got a sorry, but “Ewe!!””
