"The room was the cleanest I have stayed in, in a long time. Bed was very comfortable, slept very well. Quiet. A big room. The couch was a disappointment. It was just an oversized chair. Not much of a breakfast . But a clean motel means the most to me. I would defiantly stay here again!! Price was perfect"

"Town motel deserves a solid review! The exterior of the property is rough and they accept long-term stays which leads to a lot of people hanging around. They were all very kind to us!! Our room was extremely clean, spacious and neat/updated. Decent water pressure in the shower. Good TV and channels. Quiet at night and no issues with noise. Great location in downtown Oshkosh. We stayed for a graduation and it was perfect for getting to Walmart, campus, restaurants, etc. good parking lot. While the exterior gives the property a bad rap, it was a great place for $70. My family paid $300/night at Marriott. I was very happy with $70/night."

"Property was dirty and unkept. Pool was very dirty, floating chunks of hair and black scum on the pool floor. We had requested a room with two beds and a pull out and were told when we checked in that all that was available was one bed and a pull out. Upon entering the room, the pull out had no linens and none were in the room, the mattress was filthy with food crumbs and stains covering it with no cover or protector. Called to the front desk who told us to come down and grab the items. Went to the front desk and was provided one flat sheet. Asked for more linens for a full bed set up and was handed a blanket and told the had no pillows or other linens. Very disappointing and quite disgusting. No apologies or remedies were offered."
