Hotel bem localizado, com boa estrutura. Bom custo-benefício. Mas precisa melhorar muito o atendimento do bar/restaurante, e reforma nos apartamentos. Não tem opções de refeições para fazer no local, bebidas sempre com temperaturas ruins (cerveja e refrigerantes quentes), café da manhã bem básico. No apartamento que estava, o banheiro muito ruim, sem box/cortina, molhando todo banheiro durante o banho. A cama tb bastante ruim, com colchão desnivelado e desconfortável. Pela estadia de 2 dias, deu para relevar os inconvenientes. Funcionários da recepção bastante atenciosos.

Banheiro e lençóis sujos. Para acesso aos quartos são feitos através de escadas, o que com malas para carregar fica bem desconfortável. Os colchões são velhos, afundados do meio. A única coisa mediana foi o café que tem alguma variedade e as atendentes são simpáticas

O atendimento foi bom , mas nos colocaram num quarto de deficiente, tampa do vaso rachada e machucava , espelho todo estragado de frente pra cama parecendo motel cama ruim , quarto de frente para a BR muito barulhento, não tinha nada para fechar o box e molhava tudo ,falta conservação do hotel não aconselho preço caro pela acomodação ruim

Precisa de melhorias!

Os pontos positivos são apenas a proximidade a Inhotim e a cordialidade dos funcionários. A acústica dos quartos é péssima. Os quarós estão precisando de reestruturação, colchões velhos, você afunda nele e não pela maciez mas por deterioração dos mesmos. Cheguei no café da manhã 1 hora antes de encerrar e vários itens estavam sem reposição. Não voltaria a me hospedar.

Melhorias

A princípio trocamos de quarto o chuveiro estava com o cano torto e soltava água em direção a parede tornando o banho impossível o colchão estava afundado de um lado e mole. Não tinha funcionário suficiente para repor as alimentos no café daanha e o restante não funcionou a noite no período de Carnaval.
