“This was our second time staying at Villa 45 and won’t be our last! Great communication with Edie and Katie, great views, and great location on the island. The new 6-seater golf cart was a great addition since our prior stay a few years ago.”

“We had a wonderful time during our stay! The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and we enjoyed all of the little touches to make our trip easier (beach towels, chairs, bikes, and 2 golf carts). The house was well stocked and communication was great. Would love to rent again!”
