Wonderful Vacation

We were first time visitors to the island and absolutely loved everything about it. The property was outstanding, very clean, and very accommodating for our large family. We’ll be back!

Great Location for a Beach Stay

Dixie Sunrise is in the perfect location. We found the home was well appointed with everything we needed to dine in and enjoy the beautiful beach. The property managers are very attentive and respond quickly to any questions.

Summer vacay

As someone who grew up going to the gulf every year, we’ve been taking our family to new areas each summer. Dixie Sunrise at St. Simons was great! The property was clean, management was super responsive, and the beach was just a short walk away.

Great vacation home!

This was the perfect getaway for us with our 7 kids (ages 10 months to 14 years old). The house was much nicer than the pictures indicated. It was professionally decorated and was a delight to stay in. The kids loved the short walk to the beach and the heated pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Property

This property was perfect and we look forward to visiting again. The only thing we wish we had known about in advance was the construction taking place right next door - the noise and view took a little away from the overall experience but we will definitely look to visit again.

Beautiful home ideally located

The home is beautifully decorated and so well stocked! I loved the wonderful screened in porch that sat right under a huge oak tree and was a perfect place to relax and read. The kids loved the large pool and the tanning chairs built into shallow water got a lot of use. The location was convenient and we could drive our golf carts from the house to plenty of food and shopping. Overall we had a great stay in a wonderful house!

The perfect St. Simons stay!

The house was absolutely stunning! Came to stay for a girls trip with 8 of us, easily had plenty of space, each room had its own bathroom and very spacious. The pathway straight out to the beach was a huge plus as well. The property managers were very attentive and helpful when we had one of the hoses leaking and fixed the issue very quickly. From the decor throughout the house to the picturesque views this place was 10/10 amazing.

Great house and a great location. Lots of room to spread out, well equipped kitchen, 4 bikes, beach chairs and beach towels all included. The house looks like it was recently remodeled and everything felt fresh and beachy. The beach is a short 5 minute walk and the pool was a great place to hang out in the afternoon. Can’t say enough about this place. Definitely worth the money.

Excellent property

This house was perfect for a get-away weekend for 4 couples. Tons of space, beautiful view, great neighborhood, convenient to beach, walking, Sea Island (short drive) and restaurants of St. Simons. Would also be perfect for a large family with 2 different living areas, pool, bunk room, well stocked kitchen. Only issue was the pool was supposed to be heated and wasn't, and there were also dead frogs floating in it... hoping that was due to a big storm the night before arrival! But this is a top notch property- I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

Villa Este was the perfect location for our family reunion. The house is accurately described, had everything we could need and comfortably slept all 9 in our party. We had the pool heated and our grandchildren were in it constantly. Having a view of the sea and being able to walk out to the waves was magical. We watched the sun rise over the sea every morning from the main floor balcony. Adam & Beth were great to work with and responded immediately to any requests. We will definitely rent again.

Great house!

We had a fantastic stay at Dixie Sunrise. Loved the location - short walk to the beach (ocean view from 3rd floor) and less than a mile to restaurants, etc. House was super clean and had everything we needed. Lots of space. It was great to have use of the bikes in the garage to ride around the neighborhood in the late afternoon. Heated pool was phenomenal. It was a busy week in St. Simons following Easter but it was quiet at the house except Saturday which was a perfect weather day so a lot of traffic and people going by the house to the beach. we had a great time!

Roach infestation

I rent from you guys and pay the extra fees because we expect top quality properties. This property had roaches on every floor and ants all over. We had to clean and sanitize the Kitchen where it took about 4 hours before we could stop Roaches from coming out due to food odor from cooking.

The Perfect Beach Location

Jupiter Beach is a hidden jewel. This is the cleanest beach area we have ever been to. Right down the beach from the condo is DuBois Park which has great picnic areas, swiming lagoons and fishing pier. The condo has amazing views from the living room and Master Bedroom. Absolutely wonderful beach and pool area. The condo is configured to feel like two master bedrooms. A sliding door closes off the guest bedroom and bathroom from the rest of the house. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots, pans, large bowls and plenty of serving dishes. Nice screened balcony with great view. The office staff and the front gate guards are friendly and helpful. The owners are very easy to work with. We would definately rent this condo again.

Perfect Vacation

We had a wonderful few days at Villa Este with another family, so 9 of us total. The home is in the perfect East Beach location, just about half a mile to Crab Shack and another half mile to the Village. There was ample space in the beautifully decorated beach home, we were never on top of each other. The thing I was most impressed with was how well stocked the entire house was. We've rented a lot of beach homes and condos at numerous locales and I have never stayed somewhere where you had EVERYTHING....beach towels, beach caddy and toys; detergent and dish pods, trash bags; extra comforters, pillows and blankets in each closet; the kitchen had every gadget and utincil you could ask for. And on and on. The pool was fabulous and perfect access to bottom floor "hang room" for the kids. The beach wasn't as close as we had thought, about .26 mi from door to sand, but you can still hear it from top deck. If we find ourselves back on St. Simons, we would definitely rent this home again. Thanks for a perfect vacation!

Family reunion

We were very pleased with the beach house. Unfortunately, it rained 3 days while we were there, and the beach house was a perfect place to wait out the rain. It was spacious and extremely well appointed. And Location, location, location! Perfect…Would love to return!
