Great Hotel and kind staff, with nice rooms, only I don't find space in the hotel parking, and one elevator was not working, also nice location with some good options yo eat even late.

Lovely quirky hotel in a great location. We had 2 kids with us and they loved the fact that one bunk was hidden away in a box! The rooftop pool and bar was a real bonus too. We only stayed one night but found it very clean and comfortable.

Jam Hotel was perfect for our family if 5. The children loved the swimming pool and the bed with the sliding doors. All of us slept well and enjoyed a coffee from the personal coffee machine in our room in the morning. In terms of value for money, it really was a bargain!

A great place to stay in Brussels

We loved staying at Jam. The decor was quirky and it was very clean. It's in a fab central location easily accessible by tram and convenient for the Louisa metro stop. There are also shops, bars and cafes all around the hotel. Staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

very unique type of hotel and architecture, not your regular hotel.. The Pool & roof top bar ads great value as well as the Akutsan (love the experience). The option of late check out is great and the staff is always friendly. Very convenient location.

Good rooftop bar and pool

Decent perks but it didn’t have basics like bottles of water in the rooms and one of the elevators is broken. I used the stairs apart from when I was coming and going with luggage. Pillows uncomfortable but the bed was fine. Loved the rooftop bar (but you can’t put drinks on your room) and I enjoyed the pool too.

Nice little room with comfortable beds

Though it is little dingy and dark on the way to the room, the room itself is clean with all the amenities and conveniently located to Brussels center. There is paid street parking outside the hotel next to the tram lines.
