The location is great, it's very close to a Metro. It is just walking distance from everything and the Park across the steet was lovely. The room was nice, clean and spacious, the tub was a bit uncomfortable for me to have a shower in due to its narrow shape but the bathroom was also spacious. The breakfast was okay the spread was nice. What could have been better is the bed, it's very noisy. I would recommend and also revisit.

The Best Western Plus has become my goto place to stay when I come to Brussels. It is in an old building with original features, the location is convenient close to restaurants, shopping and transportation although a (paid) parking space was made available for me. It has a good buffet breakfast and the staff are very friendly, it is clean and hospitable. I would recommend staying here!

This is a nice place to stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was ok. I think the bathtub was too high to climb into. Not a bad place to stay at.

The room was clean but dated,oddly shaped and very small. Room safe was extremely small. Very convenient to public transportation and restaurants, and shops. Very helpful and pleasant front desk staff. Fine for a short stay.

I will be staying again. Staff very welcoming and friendly, day time staff and night shift. I had a room at rear of hotel facing garden. It was so quiet that I could hardly hear the large music event in the park close by. Really enjoyed my room with comfortable bed and sheets, towels etc kindly refreshed everyday. One item I would like is a set of drawers for clothes, other than that perfect and really look forward to my next visit.

4 stars hotel are usually a bot different than this, this hotel is well located ( but not in the center) definito old, Moquette is terrible and not really up to a best western standard

Nice hotel, perfect location, beautiful breakfast room but there was a wedding party with extremely loud music going on until very late. Our beds vibrated with the music! Staff said they could not do anything about it. I have come here several times over the years but this was the last time.

Breakfast preparing facilities need to be proper.

The hotel claimed to provide an English breakfast for £20 however this was very poor. they don’t use a proper kitchen. The practice rewarming pre-boiled eggs is very dangerous. I think this was responsible for my food poisoning!!!!

Habitación bastante vieja. Cama incómoda y una nevera que la tenia que desenchufar por el ruido que hacia. El desayuno era correcto y el hotel esta bien ubicado. Muy caro para la calidad del servicio y habitaciones.
