I hate to say it but this was a terrible place to stay! First they gave us a dirty room. Then assigned us to another room and the key didn’t work. It took over half an hour just to get a working key and a clean room! But it gets worse…the room had literally NOTHING inside. There was no shampoo or even soap to wash our hands. No cups, no hand towels and not even a bath mat for taking a shower. And it gets worse - the light was out in the bathroom. The front desk basically told us too bad we are overbooked. I asked if they could at least get us a light bulb and we would change it ourselves. She said yes but we never heard from her again and anytime we passed by the front desk there was a long line. So we had to take showers in the dark with no bath mat. We did manage to get a broken bar of soap from them. It had to be the worst place I have ever stayed!!!

There was no towels in the room and I saw a housekeeper and she said towels were getting washed and that she was not a laundry person, the hotel smells like marijuana everywhere, this hotel is more like apartments. If I’d check out manager said I could not get a refund. I do not I repeat I do not recommend this motel at all.

The room was dirty sticky floors a dirty used cindom in the restroom one towel was left for me too use the elevator stopped working and thier were roaches in my room!!!
We stayed for 1 week& throughout it nothing but problems. Wi-Fi only connects to phone devices. No consoles or gaming devices. When I asked the staff they had no idea how to give access to devices nor who to call. after searching the site. I found a 800# for reservation whom were no help fixing the issue nor guiding me to anyone who could fix it. On top of this the elevator broke for 2 nights. There was dog poop&clay trailing from the lobby into the elevator when it was functioning again. The cleaning staff were spraying bleach on handles&floor. The WORST experience of this entire trip was coming back to our room at 12am to find our hotel door security latch was so loose that it stopped the door from being opened fully after accessing it with our room card. After going downstairs to find the lobby closed, I called the personal number printed near the phone for late night assistance being that the #500 number in the office kept ringing with no staff present. After calling 3 times a sleeping staff member (tabitha?) answered and came to help. Upon her arrival she discovered she didn’t know how to unlatch the door. I asked her to call her maintenance team she explained they didn’t have 1. So she called her boss (destiny) who screamed at her through speaker phone that it was late and not her problem and arguing with me. They gave us tools to open the door instead of trying themselves. @2am they gave us another room until the DM came the next morning to open our door!

Towels on floor, “king bed” was not king size and only had one pillow, no soap bars or soap at all, dirty everywhere, doors broken. Unsafe. Unsanitary. Unclean. I don’t know how they passed safety inspection.
When I got to the property, I checked in and got to my room. There were roaches crawling around, trash left in the room, the hallways were filthy with trash. I tried to cancel for the rest of the week and was told they don’t do cancelations or refunds. The GM was extremely rude and argumentative and does not know how to speak with customers. Lost all my money for one night in a filthy hotel. Don’t waste your time or money with this place.
The staff was Excellent hands down but my issue was with the room being dirty and sheets were not clean and roaches i told mangement and nothing was done i had to clean the room myself wipe down everything and put clean sheets on the bed.
The room had one pillow for two people No towels! Took 3 calls to get some! Rusty fridge! Drawer missing in the kitchen! My worst night ever!! That place needs a overhaul! Can’t believe Travelocity would have a place like that on their list!!Was a Dump!!Only thing good thing good was close to places to eat!!

They gave my family rooms away after we reserved them, there was rotten food in the refrigerator hair in the bathtub and the floor was nasty the hallway smells like dogs and cigarettes smoke. Front office was okay but could have been more professional. But don't stay here unless you absolutely have to or just sleep in your car.

The photos are completely deceiving. I should have rather chosen motel 6. The rooms were missing basic toiletries as well as coffee maker. Rooms were stinky and dirty.

the place is nice, service is friendly, only thing is the mail hall was dirty like they havent vacum in a while, but room was clean they have stove fridge microwave everuthing you need for a good stay.

Please dont go here. They dont clean, its really ghetto here and it was the most uncomfortable stay ive ever had. Plus thete was no refunds so i was stuck there. I will never go to one of these again.

We have stayed here before. This is terrible. Dirty floors. Roaches on the ceiling in the hall. One towel in the room. No soap. No batteries in the remote. Dirty shower. I’m not paying for this ridiculousness

We immediately left to find a different hotel. The hotel clerk was very rude - had her music on her phone blaring the entire time. Her random friend, who was not an employee, came into the office and demanded a master key. Then her friend proceeded to look at the form we just filled out. Lots of sketchy people everywhere. Did not feel safe & did not feel our vehicle would be safe. Hallways smelled awful. The room was tiny and unclean. Literally just a mattress on a frame.

Loved having the kitchenette but no pots, pans, dishes, etc., were provided.
Bad odor masked with deodorant throughout the floors I was on.
