The Space:

Welcome to Turkey Hollow, Fish Tales, and Hummingbird Cabins—three unique retreats perched on a bluff with breathtaking views of Nickajack Lake and the Tennessee River Gorge. Together, these cabins comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests, making them the perfect choice for family reunions, group getaways, or multi-family vacations.



Each cabin is thoughtfully designed with comfort and connection in mind. Inside, you’ll find cozy wood-burning fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryers, WiFi, and TVs for your convenience. Sleeping arrangements include:



Turkey Hollow & Fish Tales Cabins: 3 bedrooms, 1 bath each; king bedroom downstairs, plus two upstairs bedrooms with a queen bed and full futon in each (sleeps 8 per cabin).



Hummingbird Cabin: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths; both with king beds (sleeps 4).



Step outside and take in the stunning bluff views. Each cabin offers a private hot tub, charcoal grill, outdoor seating, and a fire pit—perfect for stargazing, sharing stories, or simply enjoying the peaceful mountain setting.



Nestled in a quiet, gated community of nine privately owned cabins, these homes are just 25 miles from downtown Chattanooga and near the tri-state corner of Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. Whether you’re hiking, sightseeing, or simply savoring the beauty of the mountains, this trio of cabins provides a scenic and convenient base for your next escape.



No pets | No smoking indoors



Guests with electric vehicles can take advantage of a Rivian EV charger located in the central parking area by the gazebo at The Summit. The charger is fully operational and available for paid guest use.



By booking a Grant Summit Cabin vacation, you will have access to Paradise Pointe. Paradise Pointe is a neighboring community resort at the tri-state corner of AL/TN/GA. Hike the trail to stand in three states at once! Enjoy access to the huge indoor pool house with a communal hot tub, two indoor slides, an outdoor deck, seating, and more. 19 rentals at Paradise Pointe share these amenities. Plus, enjoy two small basketball courts, sand volleyball, horseshoes, and more for endless fun!
