She helped us with a few issues, where to go etc. we were looking forward to relaxing at the pool but it was way way too cold. Nobody was getting in it was just too freezing. Close to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend! "

The staff was very nice, even assisting with arranging transportation to the airport. The best part is the location within Old City being walking distance to multiple temples, restaurants, and the night market on Sundays. "

Our room, a family suite, was so spacious and immaculate as was the entire property and the staff was incredibly hospitable- any request we had was literally answered within minutes. It was clear they were intent on making us feel at home and we appreciated all the attention to detail and “touches” (for example the daily complimentary massage in the lobby) in making us comfortable. In fact, during our stay my daughter came down with traveler’s belly and they fixed her a special soup and ginger tea that wasn’t part of the regular menu! We were so grateful for the wonderful staff - stay here you will not be disappointed in this lovely oasis. "
