"The staff were great, the room was really small and not well maintained. The hotel is OK, nothing more than that. The location was great and the price was good. However, I think I would rather look for something a little bigger and better next time. There are many others at the same price."

The amenities were great with a lovely pool to relax in and a great restaurant for food and drinks. The location was also excellent for the walking market, our walks and for activity pick ups. "The hotel and staff were amazing. Our room was very nice, came with Netflix logged in for use. The pool was refreshing after a day of sightseeing. The staff helped book our elephant tour and the breakfast was amazing. The area is walkable with a temple right across the street. We received a welcome drink, tea service and 2 meals all complimentary. Would definitely stay here again when in Chiang Mai. "
