The room didn't have hot water, the manager was ignoring our messages for 4 days. We had to find their office and complain in person. They told us they were aware of the problem as the unit owner had already ordered a new water heater and they would install it as soon that arrives. As they couldn't give us ETA of the repairs, we requested to be moved to different appartment. Our request for refund was ignored, we had to put a complaint to Expedia. After 1 week of communication with them and dealing with 7 different "team members ", we were advised to reach the property management and deal with them on our own.
