This is a modern, central, well-managed 4-star (by interrnational standards) hotel. My room was comfortable and well-equipped, the reception staff was helpful and the bar had a nice menu of drinks and food. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again next time I visit. I am a business traveller.

Great Location
There are so many dining options right out the hotel. It is very walkable. The taxis are all a scam and the hotel has a sign warning about it. But you also cannot drink the tap water in Bucharest. The hotel said it was safe to bathe in but they did not recommend using it for drinking or brushing teeth. I appreciated the honestly and there is a small grocery store near by so we bought bottled water. The hotel was very nice.

The front desk was very helpful, especially Bianca and Anna who helped us make train ticket reservation and print the tickets on paper. Also the breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful!

The room was very clean, the shower worked well, the water didn’t always get super hot- but that was fine with me. Overall great stay, bed was very comfortable!

This was a great stay overall, but the highlight for us was free use of 2 washes and 2 dryers for doing our laundry. No charge for this, other than buying laundry soap pods from the canteen. Check in and out was smooth, and the restaurant staff gave us ice when requested. Would stay again!

Great location, clean and well managed. Worst was attempting to drop off luggage and immediately being verbally assaulted by local police and taxi drivers. There is no reserved space in front of the hotel and we ended up dragging multiple suitcases from a gravel parking lot to the hotel. No bueno.
