"The staff were friendly and cordial enough. Ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order. There are no microwaves or mini fridges in the rooms so plan accordingly. But I didn't pick this facility based on amenities, just needed a place to lay our heads for the night. For the intended purpose, this place worked just fine. Beds were actually pretty comfortable as well as the provided pillows."

"Bring your own towels and DO NOT GET A DOWNSTAIRS ROOM!! Definitely was NOT worth the price. Also, also please be advised that if you have a room for the weekend, on Saturday THEY WILL CHARGE you DOUBLE without telling you and when you're making your reservations you will not know about the $100 hold until you are actually inside of the hotel. I had no choice to but to pay it because I had come all the way from Texas and it just paid a taxi $65. It was my graduation and it was the worst hotel stay I have ever had."

"The breakfast was just waffles, had cold coffee and the orange juice looked brown and was hot and the apple juice was as bad and both were in pitchers. Only had one wash towel, one hand towel and two towels. Mother-in-law almost slipped in the handicap bath, they need to add non-slip pads in the handicap bathrooms. Only had a great experience with one staff member that came from England everyone else were not friendly."

"I want to thank the staff and management for allowing me to check out late because I was graduating from the University of Arizona. This allowed me to focus on my graduation and come back to get my items and head home! I highly recommend this hotel!! Class of 2026"
