“We booked this place -- and paid for it 100% -- about six weeks prior to our trip to Buckeye, AZ. On the day we were to check in, I tried to get the code we needed to unlock our unit. I was told our reservation had been canceled for lack fo payment. When we protested, the (presumed) owner was not only unhelpful and uninterested, but rude in the extreme. This was undoubtedly the WORST experience on a vacation trip we have ever experienced. I hope this gets published (but doubt it) to save you……

“Easy check in. Clean. Quiet. New. Nice amenities. Pool, hot tub, hammock garden, pickle ball, barbecue. We were there for the NASCAR championship races. Easy to get to the track and back. Shopping and restaurants close by. Easy access to the 10 freeway. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, living room, kitchen supplied with everything you need. Some nice to haves would be tv in the bedrooms and a keurig type coffee machine. There is a nespresso machine…we are coffee drinkers…had to run the machine multiple……

We sent several emails to determine the address of where we were staying and received no communication or phone number offered for us to call and discuss the accommodations in the final 24 hours prior to check in. We were visiting from another state in difficult circumstances and were very upset by the lack of communication. We were trying to ascertain the complex we had rented not the unit number. We simply need to be……

“For the price it wasn't worth it. I would drive our of my way to not stay in Gila Bend for the price I paid stay Best Western. Expedia said breakfast was included, but when I went there, they said they offer was discontinued. Only reason why I overpaid there, was breakfast. It was a rip off.”

“The property has been open for less than 2 months and everything was new. The kitchenette was just perfect. The location of the property, albeit next to the freeway, was quiet and perfectly located just a few blocks away from entertainment and dining establishments. I will definitely stay there again. I am glad to say their fire alarms work very well. During my stay a ding-dong guest burned their popcorn (May 7th) on my floor and activated the fire alarms. The emergency was averted and the rest……
