「Fabulously views from sea view room.
Room massive but small bathroom and somewhat dated but ignored wiith fabulous aspect with balcony.
Not clear when booking there was an extra cost for parking. 」

「Overall this hotel was lovely and a wonderful location.
Positives
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a pet friendly garden suite which was ideal, the hotel food was fabulous and the spa was clean with a lovely pool, steam and sauna rooms.
We did have a leak in our bathroom coming from upstairs which wasn't fixed and also there was some noise coming from upstairs. Housekeeping only came once in three days and didn't fully clean, I did mention this on the last day but...

「Clean room. Mattress not great very springy and going in all directions and had to ask for a duvet the second night to lie on to get some sleep. This was disappointing
Bar good. Booked for dinner but service was sadly lacking, food ok. Outside balcony good to sit outside and staff table service was good
Spectacular view from the room and may visit again 」

「Friendly staff, room was well serviced, good buffet style breakfast. Good accessable parking. TV in room was a little small for the size of room. Have stayed many times over many years, no issues with our visits.」

「Very enjoyable short break in Torquay. Hotel was very nice, comfortable and the facilities in the spa and pool exceptional.
Only slight criticism is that we found the menu for dinner in the restaurant quite restrictive with no specials available. Food was fine but options not great.
Would definitely return to hotel but wouldn't have evening meal there again.」
