"If you only want to pay 200 buck's this hotel great. If you spend 500 to 700 bucks you will have a nice, quiet, safe place near or on the water in fort Meyer's. Overall this hotel is run down and sketch at best. I will pay more money next time I travel."

"Would go back, great location and amenities! Not the most well maintained hotel, it's older but has a lot of positives that outweigh the negatives. Pool was very warm and the view from our room was 10/10! Restaurant food was sub par but the street food was delicious, especially the taco place!"

"Our room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The pool was provided a great place to relax we really loved the waterfall part of the pool! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very nice - easy to get to the beaches and outlet mall and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, too! "

"Without question the filthiest hotel room I have ever stated. I got there late the first night and did not complain to anyone. I spent the night and figured they would clean the room the next day. No room service at all. If this review would let me post photos, I would be happy to show you. When I checked out needless to say, I complained and I received no refund. Disgusting hotel."

"Older hotel. Tiki bar had great entertainment. Rooms were clean. Overall decent experience while there. Only problem is that they tacked on an additional smoking fee of over $200 after we left. Neither me nor my husband have smoked a day in our lives. We attempted to reach out to the hotel for an explanation and they claimed the room "smelled smokey" and was "unusable" for two days after we checked out even though we again don't smoke and left the hotel in good condition. After some more back and forth between us and the hotel they claim the charge will stay. Overall I would recommend to avoid this hotel if you want to avoid being hit with additional "fees" after leaving. Maybe go for the band, but not for the night. "
